This page applies to the public netforge.ma website. Terms of use and data processing for NetForge platforms are defined separately in the contracts and documentation specific to those services.

Hosting
The public website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Information and contact: vercel.com. This hosting infrastructure may process technical browsing data outside Morocco.
The website does not use an email delivery service. Drafts open in the email application configured on your device. Sending depends on your action and your own email provider.
Data controller and purposes
NetForge SARL is the controller of enquiries you send by email. Information received is used to answer questions, prepare a quotation or diagnostic, arrange a presentation or demonstration and follow up on your request. Technical browsing data supports website operation and security.
Form data is not sold. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to marketing unrelated to your request.
Information collected
Form fields are used only to compose a draft in your browser. Entered values are neither sent to the website server nor saved by the website in persistent storage. The draft may include your name, email address, company, role, industry, optional phone number and enquiry. Selected estimation context may be added to the message.
When you open your email app, the draft is passed to that application so you can review it, edit it and choose whether to send it. NetForge receives only the message you actually send. The website host may separately process technical browsing data, including IP addresses, request timestamps and security logs. Avoid including sensitive data or confidential information about third parties in your message.
Your choice and sending the message
Fields marked optional may be left blank. The other fields are used to prepare a complete enquiry. You may also write directly to contact@netforge.ma without using the form. Clicking “Open my email app” does not send a message.
You remain in control of sending through your email app and may edit or discard the draft. If no app is configured, the text remains available to copy. Your email application and provider apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Recipients and transfers
Messages you choose to send are addressed to contact@netforge.ma and accessible to authorised NetForge personnel handling them. Your email provider and NetForge’s email provider deliver and store emails. Some operations may take place outside Morocco depending on their infrastructure. Vercel separately hosts the website; form values are not sent to it by the website.
Applicable formalities for processing and any international transfers are governed by Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and the CNDP. NetForge-specific CNDP reference: none has been assigned to date. This website does not claim any authorisation obtained by another company.
Retention
For prospective customer enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship, the retention period is no more than three years from the last contact, unless an applicable deletion request is made. If a contractual relationship begins, the information needed for that relationship follows the retention periods in the relevant contracts and applicable legal obligations.
Information needed to meet a legal obligation or defend a legal right may be retained for the required period with restricted access. Technical logs follow the periods necessary for their purposes and the settings of the providers concerned.
Your rights
Under the conditions of Law No. 09-08, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and object to certain processing on legitimate grounds. You may also request deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained. Send your request to contact@netforge.ma, including enough information to identify you and the right you wish to exercise.
Where necessary to protect your information, proportionate identity verification may be requested. You may also contact Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) through cndp.ma.
Content and updates
NetForge’s own text and materials are protected by applicable rights. Manufacturer trademarks, photographs and documents displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Any reuse must respect those rights.
