Does REX operate as a standalone simulation tool or does it require full integration?
​REX is dual-purpose. It functions as a powerful standalone simulation engine, allowing engineers to adjust operational parameters (load, temperature) and forecast machine behavior before making physical changes. However, it is also built with an API-first architecture, acting as a plugin for your existing ecosystem (SAP, IBM Maximo) to trigger work orders automatically within your current processes.
Where is the data stored? Can we host it locally?
By default, critical data is hosted securely in Morocco. However, the architecture is flexible: the client retains final authority on storage strategy. We support full On-Premise deployment for air-gapped environments or specific cloud configurations based on your security protocols.
Is the alert logic a "black box," or can we configure the thresholds?
You define the critical thresholds and alarm logic directly within the model to match your specific safety standards. The system adapts to your rules, ensuring that every alert is relevant to your teams. The predictive core is proprietary, but the operational envelope is fully customizable.
